*All reservations of the pavilion prior to the release of the swim and dive team schedule are subject to change due to potential change in availability of the pavilion*

Please note the fees associated with booking the pavilion are the rental fee. In addition to the rental fee, you will also have to pay any guest fees associated with the pavilion rental the day of the reservation, to be paid at the immediate conclusion of the party. For large parties (e.g. exceeding 25 guests), please contact the HVSC board prior to reserving the pavilion for approval as different fees may be applicable. **Reservations that are booked without paying the rental fee will be canceled two weeks prior to the reservation. Please pay for your reservation at the time it is booked.**

When reserving the pavilion, you agree to pay all fees associated with the reservation. You also agree, and agree on behalf of your guests, to abide by all HVSC rules. You are responsible for cleaning the pavilion following your reservation during the reserved time. If you would like additional time to clean, please reserve the pavilion for an additional hour (subject to additional fees.)

Often times, there will be another party scheduled in the pavilion immediately prior or following your reservation time. You must not enter the pavilion until your reservation time and you must clear the pavilion by the end of your reservation time.

Please note, the pavilion is subject to weather restrictions (e.g. must be cleared in the event of thunder). If your reservation is cancelled due to weather, please contact the social chair at social@huntvalleyswimclub.org to discuss alternative scheduling.
