Temporary memberships are limited, please make sure to let neighbors or friends know that we anticipate being sold out by Memorial Day weekend. We do have plenty of August only usage memberships left. There are no permanent memberships available at this time.
Check In Procedures
This summer the Hunt Valley Swim Club will continue its usage of the virtual QR codes for access to the pool. For new members, our swim club has instituted a virtual system for check in to the pool to help ensure that members only have access to summer usage. The codes are sent via email and can be accessed via a phone through email or attached to a Google/Apple wallet. The codes will be emailed the week of May 22. More information will be sent out next week. Please make sure you have an updated email address to attain your pool entry/check in code.

April 2023 News:
In preparation for the new season, the Board completed another of our phased capital improvements, which was to repave the parking lot. Many of you asked about the tennis courts. Let us review where we are in the phased improvements and what is still ahead.
In 2019, the membership approved an annual fee to support the capital improvements that were needed for our almost 50 year old pool facility. The first was to build a small deck/café patio as well as replace the larger deck. The small deck and a pergola/patio area were installed in 2021. The large deck was installed in 2022. The next phase of improvements was to be a year-round pavilion to replace the tennis courts and the repaving of the parking lot. The final phase was to be a bathhouse upgrade. It will take several years to build up the savings in our capital improvement fund to implement the planned phases. Meanwhile, our parking lot was in such bad shape that it needed to be addressed in the short term, so the Board moved ahead on that improvement.
Also, thank you to our new sponsor that will be supporting our swim and dive summer program. SEASONAL ROOTS
