Please meet our two new head coaches, Maia Cicarrello and JP Ogden, who swam with our team.
Don’t wait! Join the fun this summer by registering for:
Swim Team (ages 6–18)
Dive Team (ages 6–18)
Lil’ Rays (introductory swim program for younger swimmers 3-7)
We’ve got a packed summer schedule full of:
Monday Meets, NVSL dual meets on Saturdays, Relay & IM Carnivals, and All-Star opportunities
Fun social events like team treats/ breakfasts, pep rallies, and team Tuesdays
Dive meets that challenge and celebrate our athletes’ growth
Coaching tailored to all levels, from beginners to experienced swimmers and divers
Our Lil’ Rays program introduces our youngest swimmers to the water in a supportive, fun-filled environment. The program’s primary goal is for the “Lil’ Ray” to have fun while learning to swim and preparing to join the swim team in the future. Our coaches strive to help the older Lil’ Rays to become proficient enough, in at least one stroke, to participate in one of our Monday evening swim meets by the end of the season. At the coach’s discretion, swimmers may move up to attend the regular team practices as soon as they become ready.
We are excited to introduce our new Head Coach, Dawson McGill. With patient coaches and teen mentors, Lil’ Rays gain skills and confidence to join the big team in the future.
Full team calendars, meet schedules, coach bios, and volunteer info are posted on our team website.
